Memberships & Prepaid Packages

Spine Studio may offer memberships and prepaid service packages. By purchasing these, you agree to the terms associated with their use, including visit limits, expiration (if applicable), and usage guidelines.

Refund Policy

• Prepaid Packages: Refunds are calculated based on unused visits at the adjusted per-visit rate derived from the total package price.
• Memberships: Refunds may be issued for up to the two (2) most recent months, provided no allowable visits for those months have been used.
• All refunds are subject to applicable rules and guidance set forth by the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
